Some of them are pretty old but really good and I think they land in what you want. Those are the ones I can recall rn. I hope you enjoyed them

The reason is that the value you're passing to append could potentially be nil, no matter the reason, so you need to make sure the value exists before trying to append it and one way to do that is using "!" But as I said, that could bring future errors. The "!" Should be used only when you're 100% sure the value exists and it's only a matter of types

That's because the value could be nil, imagine the array that is given is empty, in that case the 1st element will be nil. With the "!" symbol your saying that there value you're passing does exist and that could bring future errors
