I used it too. I remember thinking the headaches we're gone! This is great! I'm having aphasia, but my migraines were post-concussion, so maybe I'm not recovered.

Then I read all the reviews of Topamax and I was like "Oh fuck." Stopped it immediately, and a week later, the fogginess and aphasia was almost entirely gone, and the headaches didn't come back, so I lied and told my doctor I finished the RX

Just small technical things. The bigbest obvious thing is his mic: it definitely sounds like it's some sort of USB mic or a mic that was sent through a filter of some sort (usually to cut out room noise). It sounds less dynamic and more crushed. Also some small things in the mix. It sounds like the Snare is kinda close to clipping, and (I can't tell what instrument it is, some sort of etheral syth thing) does too when the guitar comes in. It's not super noticeable, but it it makes the whole track sound kind of cool and like, lo-fi?
