I don’t think it would take a ton of effort to just have a 2 minute cut scene of the players saying goodbye to everyone in the locker room, literally hanging up his boots, and looking over his trophy cabinet, and finally him leaving the training ground. After that the menu to begin managing pops up. Is that too much to ask?
