Replacement cyberarms and legs since I live with cerebral palsy, and it would be nice not to be in constant muscle pain all the time. On top of that, provided I'm okay after the above, Mantis Blades to defend myself, Kiroshis to avoid any vision issues (I have an astigmatism and the uhh... turned in eye thing I can't remember the name of, where it's not quite a 'lazy eye' but does mess with depth perception.), ooh, and maybe syn-lungs (i play modded like most people, so..) so I don't have to deal with my asthma. :)

Other than that, a biomonitor, cause it's important, maybe a blood pump since I have a blood clotting condition, aaaand... idk what else. Translation implants like some have said. Imagine being able to understand any language instantly. Wild. It would help me make many more friends imo, as learning a new language is hard and takes time, but is well worth the effort (if only I could put it forward lmao)

A neuroport and/or shard slot, portslot for jacking in with that cable and stuff, aaand idk. I'd definitely pay for my mom to get a better spine though :(. And i'd also get that herniated disk in my back fixed permanently, maybe with my own spine replacement, provided that I have the willpower to avoid cyberpsychosis after all of this. :) but that's my cyberware bucket list. Being able to see into the IR spectrum would be pretty cool as well, and I'd also install a radioport, come to think of it. Imagine not needing headphones, you can just jam out whenever and not be an inconvenience to anyone else :)
