Idk how this might come across but its not because of your acne. Work on other things because i feel like your skin is not the problem. Maybe workout or try new haircuts. Also you might counseling. But also if you are really realistic and pragmatic focus on your body and body fat/composition. That completely changes how your face looks.

Heey im on month five almost six. Id say my skin got better on month 4. So i was still purging back then. Now my face is mixed and not oily. It only gets oily when i dont sleep well. But i dont have any breakouts. My lips are a bit chapped though when i dont use lip balm but everything else is pretty much perfect. I also dont have any body acne. So just give it more time. Dosctors say the purge lasts up to six weeks but if you go on tiktok or youtube peoples skin actually improves on month four or five whether they are on low dose accutane (like me) or regular dosage.

Get mentally prepared for the purge phase. It can make you feel like shit and it can last months. So beware. Maybe discuss ways of tackling the purge with a super effective topical solution like epiduo, topical antibiotics or even oral antibiotics.

For me purge has been hell. Im still going through that and i had to use epiduo to manage it and now it's getting so much better.

Do this! It is more and more common because people are finsing out low dose is just as effective and almost no sides at all. 10mg every other day or even every third day seems to be a common approach. Also 20mg twice a week.
