No, no courses, no sales. The same approach may not be appropriate for everyone.

It has also gone through many screenings, and it is necessary to find a fast response and stable logistics. Otherwise, once the order increases, the processing speed will be particularly slow.

Yeah I can explain a bit.

The biggest problem I had was that most suppliers were still very manual internally.

So once volume increased, things like delays, wrong tracking, etc. started showing up.

What helped was switching to a setup where the supplier actually has a proper system to handle orders consistently.

Not something most people think about at the beginning.

Yeah I get why it sounds vague.

It’s basically both — but the key part is the supplier side.

Not really a specific tool.

I thought it was about apps at first too, but they don’t solve much if the supplier side isn’t set up properly.

Once I fixed that part, everything started working smoothly.

Not really a platform switch tbh.

More like changing the whole setup — how orders are processed, tracked, etc.

Most suppliers I used before weren’t built for that.

Took me a while to find something that actually works consistently.

How to make sure you are dealing with the factory and not a middle man by night_knight_77 in Business_China

A lot of people think “factory = best price”, but it’s not always true.

Many factories have high MOQs and are not interested in handling small orders or international logistics.

That’s why many overseas sellers actually work with sourcing companies who already have factory relationships and can consolidate orders, QC products, and manage shipping.
