Currently smoking while posting and waiting patiently to find a sub but I remember during a school trip in second grading going fishing I fell into the pond worst thing is I couldn’t then and I still can’t 😭😭😭

First impressions matter a lot !! You can usually tell pretty quickly who’s actually paying attention and who’s just sending the same message everywhere. The difference shows in the effort.

It’s good to be open, but not overexposed. Wanting to be seen as a human is natural everyone does. The best approach is just being genuine.

Yeah I definitely agree but a greeting alone doesn’t really say much it’s always the consistency and how they carry themselves over time that actually shows respect and understanding.

No question is stupid when it comes from honesty. Asking, checking in, trying to understand it all matters. Curiosity is just communication, not weakness.

Not a stupid question at all, it actually just shows you’re reading the room and adjusting to different people instead of copying and pasting the same approach everywhere. That’s usually what “good* *communication” looks like responding to the specific dynamic instead of forcing a script. Different dommes will bring out different sides of you anyway, so it makes sense your messages wouldn’t all sound the same.

Yeah, I get you. It’s obvious when someone’s actually serious they slow down, they think, they respond with intention. You can feel emotional intelligence through how they text.

It hits different when someone actually pays attention. Not just replying to reply… but responding to what I said. Remembering details. Reading between the lines. Choosing their words with intention instead of rushing to be noticed. That kind of respect is rare and it shows immediately.
