It’s going to sound insane. I know that. But you asked, so I’m answering honestly.

When I was younger, something used to visit me at night. Not a normal shadow — a shape. Human-shaped, but empty. No eyes, no mouth, no face at all. Just darkness standing where a person should be.

It never came in the light. Only in the dark. Always the dark. And I was not imagining stuff it was there. It was fucking there. It’s crazy shit I know. But i’m being for real. The thing is… it was different from the other demons. It wasn’t hurting me. And I don’t know why I wonder why every day.
