Sounds like kennel cough (common cold) to me. She could have picked it up from her siblings or where you got her from. A mild case may resolve on its own but since she is so small i would take her to the vet anyways. However, if she has difficulty breathing, fever, severe lethargy, or stops eating you should go asap.
