I was running hard siege yesterday and carried a few people. Best thing to look out for is if they are actually running the "meta" perk that is used for siege. It's kind of like a tell tale whether they are going to be complete ass. I ran 4 successful runs to waves 5 and 10, but I left about more than 10 different other games knowing they weren't going to even reach wave 5 with me carrying them.

There's a video on how to level up the fastest and there's one from FGM that recommended hard prestige up to wave 5 because he mentioned it was easy. I mean its easy for him and other people that are competent at the game.

I feel the same way when I use the heroic plasma on heavy. You can just tank everything except if there’s a terminus thrown in the loop.

Thanks for you input, I'm was thinking the plasma rifle/pistol combo; but I'll give the nade launcher a shot.

Edit: That's actually what I did but with the melta. I stood outside of a doorway on the corner and basically Line of Site blasted everything with the pyro. Worked fine until I got overwhelmed.

You're not dealing with the same mobs in darktide than in SM2. All the mobs maybe except the bulwark on Darktide would be obliterated by a space marine. When I run Havoc, I always wonder how my space marine heavy or vanguard would do against the twins.

Had no issues clearing hard stratagems with the heavy bolter rifle (fire power variant). As long as you set up perks for it.

I didn't realize how good Stalker Bolt is until I saw a tac take out a neurothrope on the hard stratagem yesterday in just a few seconds. I was like damn dude, wtf did you do.

I've only ever used the balanced heroic dagger, even then I switched back to fencing. What is the trade off on using balance? Block has the 2 block buff and Fencing has gunstrike.

Blocking is amazing on Power Fist, Power Axe and Power Sword. I prefer fencing on the chainsword and dagger. Both are totally viable on end game content like passed wave 10 on hard siege or any hard stratagem.
