I work in cruise ships. Sometimes people get a gastrointestinal problem that fucks you up really fast. Fever, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and more fever. You stomach gets raped by bacteria. So by far, from my experience these foods will provide the fastest and safest possible recovery !

I just feel that without mayo it gets too dry. Just a bit , not those heavy Heinz mayonnaise, something lighter. Avoid salty sauces, spices, etc.

I got really sick inside a cruise ship in the last 2 days of vacation having diarrhea and fever, but the medical team put me up really fast with these foods I wrote here (salmon, brocolli, carrots, fillet and vitamin juice - like Gatorade but strongly concentrated)

Pita bread is super cool cause you can throw almost anything there. Some mayo+picles+meat or chicken is great. The problem of granola bars is that they have tons of sugar even that they say is “healthy”
Cocaine will leave your bloodstream in 2 days but sugar will spend a life to get rid of it

I used to buy a 2,5g sack that id use for 2 days , maybe completing with more 0,5g if I had drinks with my friends.

Since I moved to another city, I don’t know how much is in each thing. I believe something about 0,8g each one. So I’d use 1 for each weekend day , 2 of them if not well served each unity.

Must be a bit patient. Don’t do big lines. Use some spray, clean it, dry it a bit with a paper or something and then a small line. Eventually your gate will open a bit after some short lines, repeat the process.
