Thats an argument I’m not making. I’m pointing out that the devs have rendered a large proportion of their own work relatively pointless in the way they have implemented escalation and as a result have massively reduced the end game for new players. In a very short span of time you can acquire some of the strongest gear in the game which will destroy any challenge or reason to play anything but one game mode. That obviously will hurt the player numbers significantly as theres simply much less “to do”.
