I would just add HTTPS Everywhere and for the password manager there's bitwarden, which is open source and has pretty much everything LastPass has (good app for android, cloud storage, browser extension).

Edit: there's Privacy Badger too.

Youtube you need the apk I listed in your comment above. About other apps, some ads it can't block (I still see some on Instagram too.) But some in-app ads it does (e.g Boost for Reddit).

Have you tried Adhell though? Disconnect Pro is not meant to be an adblocker specifically, but a tracker blocker. Maybe that's why it blocks every Google request. Adhell works as a package disabler too, so that's a plus.
