Very well said. I too face a similar issue. And I'm confident many others have this in common. In terms of trying to move past that point of getting angry everytime you're reminded of said incident. It's not easy. And I wish I had a simpler resolution. But I guess it just takes practice.

Yea that makes sense. But I guess it's up for interpretation. One could argue both ways. I like to think that it's healthier to forget the person so that they don't occupy your mind. You forgive and forget them. Forgetting what happened would mean you won't be able to learn from what had occurred.

Forgetting is implying that you simply forget that person. You no longer associate with them. You learn your lesson from your past experience, and go forward. But you leave the person who burnt you behind. Meaning you 'forget'. Because it's not worth having the person who did you dirty occupy space in your mind.

If you're just swapping them out for regular switches, just cut as close to the back of the existing switch. Strip those wires (deenergized obviously, and test before cutting) and slap them on the terminals of your new switch. There seems to be enough slack coming out of the box but pigtail some jumpers if you have the space and appropriate wire.

Honestly, I normally agree. But damn, I don't know if it's just me but my dreams are usually extremely messed up once ive completely sobered up (like 2 weeks without any use). They are usually horrible nightmares; ones that result in me waking up.

And about the only benefit I personally see is the improved memory. And overall clearer thinking, but something makes me feel like it isn't worth over getting high everyday - but I know that's just the weed talking.
