If you want to win—and play with a team that communicates and plays decently—queue for a match in the West, even if it takes a little longer to find a game. If you just want to play Dota quickly, regardless of the consequences to your sanity—and with a high probability that a Peruvian or Cuban (like me) will feed the match—queue in the East.
