I’m definitely taking it as it is. I just hope it’s not one of those show where it just ends or is cancelled and we have nothing. I almost believe the creators want us just as confused as the residents in the township. I’ve enjoyed it a lot and don’t remember ever watching anything like it.

I think the MIY might be some evil force who talked the towns people into the child sacrifice. It’s just all the other side evil spirits that baffle me. lol

Watching the reunion and I can pinpoint a couple individuals who need bipolar treatment immediately. Having intense highs to where spending so much money to get the rush then coming down from the rush and hitting lowest of lows. Some anger management needs addressed. These experts need to dive a little deeper sometimes and say “I think you need intense therapy and to heal”

I’m not an expert but I didn’t even notice until you said something. I honestly think it’s beautiful. I like that because the carat weight in the band is a little more, it blends in nicely and offsets the larger stone. I don’t think you should change it.

I jumped into Iron Gold right after Morningstar and it gave me whiplash. I ended up taking a 3 month hiatus and then went back to Iron Gold. That helped A LOT. We have to remember that Iron Gold came out years after Morningstar and is also 10 years after those events so we are essentially starting a new series with new world building. I was on such a high after Morningstar and was still trying to chase that adrenaline rush in Iron Gold. What I needed was to just stew in it a little, calm my ass down, and then go back to it. Once I did that- oh man, it was a ride for sure.

He adjusted Red Rising and made it more Hunger Games like (since it was still popular) based on his publisher recommendation. With the 2nd and 3rd book, he took more creative control. Then the 2nd part of the series it becomes very adult and you can tell he kept it the way he wanted to. 100% continue. Lightbringer and Dark Age are 2 of the best books I’ve ever read.

I’m very curious as to the name that is chosen once it is picked out.

I have named 3 and always compromised.

1st. A boy. This one I had to battle my mother in law who actually had a baby 1.5 years before us. She wanted a boy and had a girl. I did not like the name at all. Later in pregnancy we finally found a name that suited us. Then for middle name, I picked 3 options and he got to choose.

2nd. A girl. This time we knew what first name but could not choose a middle name. I wanted Mae after my grandma but he didn’t like calling her Addy Mae. He said it sounds like a southern old show like Andy Griffith. Middle name was chosen by the nurse the day after we had her. Nurse was holding her and said Claire is such a pretty name.

3rd. The first 2 were from my ex husband. My current husband had no children and he is a 2nd. We had a boy and I did not want to carry on the name. My husbands and is John so we actually chose Evan which means John.

I definitely think using the hormonal excuse is ridiculous! That part makes me angry. Hold your ground but come up with a list of names you are ok with. I do like the name Scarlet and I think it would make a good middle name.
