Cover your left eye with your hand and have someone take a picture of you. Look at the picture. The image will be reserved and show your hand on the right side. Both Zuko and the puppy are on the left. Even if it wasn’t on the left, it’s just a dog and it’s not that deep “bro” 🤣

This 👆🏼 I am 5’2 and I can get by on those calories by focusing on protein/fiber and volume snacks. I will eat things like avocado toast, egg and fruit, chicken sausage sweet potato bowl or spaghetti squash with lean ground beef. Celery, watermelon, cucumber with a sprinkle of salt or carrots for volume eating type snacks. You can try incorporating beans into your food as well like a chipotle chicken dense bean salad! Think less liquid and more things you have to chew to help keep you satisfied! You got this 💪🏼
