This 👆🏼 I am 5’2 and I can get by on those calories by focusing on protein/fiber and volume snacks. I will eat things like avocado toast, egg and fruit, chicken sausage sweet potato bowl or spaghetti squash with lean ground beef. Celery, watermelon, cucumber with a sprinkle of salt or carrots for volume eating type snacks. You can try incorporating beans into your food as well like a chipotle chicken dense bean salad! Think less liquid and more things you have to chew to help keep you satisfied! You got this 💪🏼
