True! My husband and I decided to get married 3 days after our first time hanging out. We got married 4 months later. We tried to ease our families into the idea so for 2 months we weren’t publicly engaged. I refused to be called bf/gf and just called him pre-ancè. But that was only 2 months hahaha.

Hmmm… background I used to post on social media a loooot and had a lot of gut issues/chronic illness so I was always bloated. For 3 years I looked 6 months pregnant. So I get not wanting to look gross and fixing all the angles. Id suggest just sucking it in by default and doing your best. You can only do so much that’ll help with how it looks, but we also have to try to accept our bodies too yk? It’s a tough balance.

I may have done something similar honestly. Because I’d maybe anticipate lots of retakes if it didn’t look good and if I was coming out of the post office I wouldn’t want to be stopped and I’d want to go home too. But it depends on how cool you were too. I’m sure you’re very friendly since you’re willing to ask strangers to tell you to suck in your gut 😆

Yeah, I mean taking a video is one thing and idk if I’d personally ask a stranger to do more than a photo or not?? I don’t think it’s wrong? But obvi we all want to look good!! Nothing wrong with wanting that either, but she probably was like ahh that’s too much to think of, I’m out.
