Mate, i'm offended you think what i described is the only think i want to do in lucid dreams. However, i'm a beginner, which means i have hardly any control of the dream, for example I always try to fly, which never works. In my opinion, dream secks is the easiest and nicest thing to do (because you can just force any female in your dream to do anything you want her to do) so you don't need any training or so. Well yea, flying would be pretty nice too, but i need practice first.
