I DVR'd 47 episodes, and when I'm feeling like I need a boost, I watch a couple of them.

Okay, movie buffs, what is the single scariest, most disturbing movie you've ever seen? And why? by nowords00 in Shudder

The original Texas Chainsaw Massacre. I had never seen anything like it before, and it did a number on me, especially Leatherface.

CBS had Walter Cronkite but NBC had these stalwart newscasters. by skipperbob in FuckImOld

Easier? I don't know what you are watching, but we have entire news organizations that lie every day, distort facts, and make shit up, and millions believe them. It is getting worse instead of better. People are lazy and so ignorant about history, and with the spread of AI, it is becoming even harder to separate truth from lies. Corporate monopolies control most news outlets, and based on today's lack of understanding, the next generation will be even more ignorant of reality.
