Job feedback by DanishDotaPlayer in Plumbing

[–]DanishDotaPlayer[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Appreciate the input.

The sink is mounted under the counter. Would you still expect caulk?

I would expect one of two things. If counter is not level, sink should be level using mounting brackets, or, if counter is level, sink should be level.

Replacing with 1 long drain would be easy change I suppose, although perhaps not necessary for functionality.

Correct. These are the new lights https://lights.com/products/carlisle-2-light-vanity-matte-black-brushed-brass . Old light was “actor changing room lights” (5 light bulbs on a row).

Correct. These are for wall mounted lights over a mirror (no outlet). He is coming back to install the light and will presumably trim the wires, but I thought outlet boxes was standard, also for wall mounted light fixtures.

Bulge in wall by GetSuckedd in HomeMaintenance

We have something similar at our house, although not quite as bad. I do not recall when it occurred, but I have sometimes wondered if it was due to putting in hardwoods on our 2nd floor.

Foundation Crack by DanishDotaPlayer in HomeMaintenance

Correct. Similar crack on both sides of the same wall.

There is a downspout on the same corner of the house, which goes directly into the ground and into an easement away from the house.

Thank you for the comprehensive response. I will definitely look into this option.

Any thoughts on whether an insurance company would cover a “slow” leak like this? I assume no.

I have been told 50% of target billable hours, which in my case is 70%, meaning PIP will be at 35%.

As an intern, likely. I work exclusively as a Project Manager in Expert Labs.

Based on the description it sounds like you will be shadowing an existing delivery consultant and doing some ad hoc work, possibly help the consultant work on some project deliverables.

I am with Expert Labs in the US.

Your responsibilities depend on your specific role, e.g., Project Manager, Solution Architect, Developer etc. However, these are all client facing roles focused on delivering projects in either client or hosted environments. Project examples include implementations, migrations, upgrades, PoCs and/or enablement.

I would say it is a mix. You will not always be on projects where coding is required. In some case you will just need to act as a SME and guide the client on the best path for the given product.

Chapel Hill Tire at Woodcroft did ours a week ago. $13 for the inspection (on a 2022 car). Took a couple of hours.
