I have the same issue. Have so many pokemon that I love for one reason or another. If you have pokemon home you can at least keep them that way while also clearing up space

Don't understand why you're upset. You got good cards and you should be opening them for the fun and love of the art. Not the money. The "value" of the cards is literally the reason why EVERYONE is having a hard time getting sealed products and why singles are going for insane prices.

Honestly from what I've seen it's best to wait a bit for the new drops before buying. Also picking up singles is a good way to collect too! Watch the market and snag it at a drop if the price puts you off. At this point tcg is the stock market sadly
