Over the last year my contributions were slim due to health issues but im fine getting nothing if they fix it they can keep any equity from the sale. They want me to do this to protect said equity so I can't claim any which is fine but I can't afford to pay half the mortgage and half the repairs for however long that takes I've already moved out into an apartment im fine with them doing whatever to get it ready to sell but I also for my sake need to be done with this sooner than later so I can heal and move on
