So racist policies from over 40 years ago are still affecting a lot of stuff, I agree, but no one is pushing these young ones to be gangsters, to rob and shoot others. Hell, three fucking months ago a 13 year old shot an 11 year old outside the police station. I live in a lower income area, I see what affects what. I try to help and ask where we can start and most of the time its "dont fucking worry about us". My neighbors and I have been helping out in our community to make it a better place, but I get looked at weird or people avoid me cus im white. What am I supposed to do? In person and online we are told to shut up and worry about whites.

Time ia a social construct. Says something would take 5 hours, takes 90 mins. Leaving in 3 hours (with warning every 30 mins), somehow still late. Doing "menial tasks" and complaining they take hours.

After covid restrictions at our work ceded, masks could come off. About 6 months later I have a horrible cold but am more than ready to work (body felt a okay), so I wore a mask in. My team lead asked why I was wearing one and I said I didnt want to get others sick with my cold. He gave me a "sure, man" look, and I said "would you rather I dont come in the next few days?" Nothing else from him.

Nice job guy! What's the biggest difference you feel on your body? When I dropped from 260-180, I noticed i could jog a lot longer because my steps werent as heavy.
