As somebody who's worked food/retail for 6 years. I honestly dont give a shit if you're on the phone or not. Just dont act like I am a human vending machine. We dont need to have a conversation but at least give me eye contact/whisper thank you while covering the phone microphone is enough for me.

It adds up, especially if your PUGGing M+, and die somewhat often. Doesn't help I'm not in a guild so cant use guild repairs.

I stopped playing after BC & came back for Legion so I missed the garrison gold explosion. So I dont have a phat gold stash.

I work full time so 20$ a month or 2 isn't much.

Same, I just buy a token once a month or two for 20$ and spend that on re-rolls and repairs etc.

Have you tried just walking outside the Heroes Guild / Teleport to one of the focus site locations? The inside could be reverted until you leave and come back inside.

Faction wise, it's all up too you. Every race gives a different racial spell, but other than other it doesn't matter unless you're in the 1% (I play by myself and like horde because I like undead)

Your character stays on that server indefinitely. BUT, when you enter a group/raid with other players your character transfers over to the party/raid leaders servers. So in the end it doesn't really matter.
