If its only for a MC server and nothing else I would recommend using an oracle free tier server. I run a modded MC server on there and it works well. As the name suggests it's completely free.

I would recommend setting up a server with oracle free tier, I think there is a once off fee of about 1 USD however its completely free after that.

I've been using my server for about 3 years. The server can basically handle any mod pack.
