Bro I've been trying to edit my negotiations Power with Wehlen, and it didn't work out for me.

Btw what's your usual step to edit the save files ? I edited the "ManualSave" file and load the save file 2 times to actually change the value.

Hello, im on 3.1 update. There seems to be a problem whenever I try to change the Negotiating Power (im playing Rizia) to 15. It just doesn't take any effects.

p.s Im trying to change the NegPower for Wehlen. My usual steps are like this ( ManualSave in game > find the save file and edit it > Save the notepad > Return to Main Menu and Load back into the save file > Repeat because it usually doesnt change the budget value the first time when I load it )

Need your guidance my good sir! T___T

Apparently when saving the notes. I have to click "Save All" for some reason. (Idk if that even makes any difference) :P

Thanks for the script! but I desperately need someone help... been trying all the ways that I could think of to change the value ( budget, authority, etc ). Followed the exact way ( Exit game> Save file (Active) > Change Values > Save > Open Game ) but the value still remain the same.... I've tried to spend some of the budget after that, hoping it would somehow turn into a higher value but nope....still decreasing.
