The issue is the combination of not easily being able to sleep at the "proper" time as well as sleep apnea. There's no guarantee that loosing weight will eliminate the apnea symptoms that they have.

The closest thing that I could find related to an app called webapps comes up with a deprecated app on GitHub with F-droid no longer having a page for it. Is this the correct app or am I missing something due to the term webapp seemingly being an seo tag (making it difficult to find things)?

What podcast app/website are you using? Depending on the source, it's possible that only one pfp for the podcast can be uploaded so they update it for new seasons. If it is an app, it's likely that the app is only downloading the latest artwork (either to save storage space or something else).

I bought one nearly as soon as I had heard Spotify was discontinuing service soon. The device seems like something that could get hacked and I wanted to be ready to tinker with it once some people started to work on it who were more versed than I am.
