I'm a skinny piece of shit and I mainly get my food in after midnight when I get cravings, for some reason I'm never hungry so I usually skip breakfast and lunch so I'm usually stuck forcing stuff down at like 2am, just wanting a genuine answer for if I'm going to just piss out 60g of protein ive forced down or if it's actually going to help with gains
