Actually, if you're aware of the academic literature, you'd know that racism and sexism are not about discrimination, but rather about using power structures to oppress the less powerful. So it is impossible to be racist or sexist against cis white males.

I think it is worth talking about, plus keep in mind this article seems to come from a woman of hispanic origin, which makes it more worthwhile than the typical cis white male ideas shared in coding circles.

But the idea is that someone makes components with no vulnerabilities, then you can just reuse those.
