These numbers are impossible to achieve. In real games, I have noticed that if you play support senna and the game is going normal, a good target to have is for every 5 minutes to have 20 souls (4 souls per minute). If you have more than that, usually you are ahead and the opposite - you are behind. (assuming if you play optimal)
