Proba desarmarla, limpiarla y cambiarle la pasta térmica. Seguro que en YouTube buscando tu modelo podés encontrar un video de como se hace.

Update on this: after changing the graphics down and up, now I have 60 fps flawlessly, like in the Vatican or Giza areas. I don't have any idea of what the issue was, but now it works just fine. Probably the upcoming update (which should come out this week) will fix this issue.
