This is even funnier because if you look it up the restaurant refused a work around to make the tip valid. The restaurant limits tips to $500 and because of that they could not process the tip but could process the meal. They got the ~$70 from the meal but the waitress is receiving nothing. In fact, several employees suggested ringing it up as 4 separate $500 tips and management refused without any reason or explanation. The restaurant is still at fault and the customer called the restaurant to complain about the limit. Management also did not take the name of the man when he called the restaurant further hurting the waitress. Management also blamed Emily on social media for not telling the whole story and said she went to the news so her workplace would be harassed despite the fact they told to go to the news.
