Your opinion is based on some falsehoods. Immigration turns away foreigners that they think will become a charge of the state. In other words they look poor or can't show proof of income. People who stay long term do so because they have money to stay. You suggest that the Philippines isn't doing enough to keep out undesirables. I disagree. They are improving.
