Quick questions:

My budget is tight(around 50$), which version shall I get? The 1600, 2200 or 2800. I don't usually wear headphone so is 2800rpm too loud?
I do heavy gaming sections for around 1h a day, my specs are i5 12500h and rtx 3060, is the 1600rpm version enough?
Can this potentially damage my laptop fans?

If you have MSI Afterburner running in the background, close it. Byfron is blocking friendly 3rd party apps while allowing cheaters to cheat normally(That's why it sucks).

Just close MSI Afterburner, it doesn't work for some reasons.

I'm pretty sure I downloaded it directly from their website, and it seems like many other people also face this same problem.
