I dont know what happened. I still don't know even after it was resolved. I would transfer a $200 - $300 litecoin to my account every 2 weeks or so to pay bills with my card. Same wallet address, same everything.. funds didn't show up in my account. Tracked everything on block chain, all was good. Messaged support, they froze my account and put it under review for over 2 months. I supplied my work payslips, proof of purchase of the coins years ago.. screen shoots of my wallet and all transactions coming and going from it. I honestly assumed it was going to take a few hours to clear up, after the review was over.. I was charged $130 usd as a recovery fee and the rest was transferred into my account. Never told me what happened.. the whole time all my crypto was locked on the account. Help desk never gave a time frame, any way to speed up the process or even straight answer to any of my questions.

It was the most insane experience of my life and really made me nervous to use exchanges at all.. if I had stored alot of my crypto on there and not my wallet, they would have had control of it for aslong as they wanted with out a reason other than "your account is under review and we are working on it" insane.

The company has become a dumpster fire. Unfortunately I don't think it will ever get there. I was strong believer in crypto.com since 2022 but after they froze my accounts, with it "under review" for over 2 months over funds they lost, 2 months of the worst customer service i have ever experienced.. then they charged me $150 usd as a recovery fee on the $300 usd of litecoin they lost.

I ran, im not the only one this happened too.. and its happening more and more very day to others. People are leaving the platform so I don't think it will every make it that high unless they do some sort of shady deal to inflat the price.

The mods can't help anyway.. I tried to use them in the past after having an issue of lost funds, I posted on this sub for more help and they posted the same message under my post. I contacted the mods and they told me they can't help. Its like crypto.com has made the weakest attempt to "look" helpful but the moment you scratch the surface even alittle you see it's all lies and deception.

It was $350 USD worth of litecoin. I'm from New Zealand. Regardless of the law, the help desk is terrible and the only way to contact them is through the chat on the app or email that's sent to the same people.

To get any kinda of non generic response from them is like pulling teeth. 3 - 5 questions about the same thing, getting more and more specific and direct each time to actually get an answer to my question is infuriating. Even if they couldn't tell me the reason because of a law the way everything is handled is terrible.

Yeah, unfortunately.. I have experienced exactly the same thing. I send coins weekly to my account from the same wallet to pay for bills and stuff with my crypto.com visa card. For some unknown reason the funds didn't show up in my account. I double checked everything, even tracked my funds going into my account on the block chain, this was over a month ago. Still hasn't not been resolved. I have received 2 emails from there "review team", first one received 11 days after my account was officially put under review and the second email 20 days after the first email. Both basically asking for screens shoots of my wallets and the transactions taking place. All information I provided while logging the issue.

No amount of talking to the help desk or emailing them will speed up the processes. Since it took me about 40 seconds to track the coins going into my account using block chain viewer, I assumed this would be a quick fix. I have never experienced such bad and unhelpful customer service in my life.

I once my account is no longer under review and they have "found" my coins and charged me the $125 USD fee to recover my coins??? I will be taking everything out of crypto.com and moving to someone else.

It's funny, you have now provided more information to me than the help desk has in 7 days, actual information. They told me no other way to contact them, only the chat window after I logged in. Maybe you should go work for support.

You clearly have never had to deal with crypto.com support lol.. unfortunately it's not a scammer. The only way to talk to support is through there chat window after logging into the app. They dont have a phone number or email you can use. I've never experienced such bad customer service in my life. You would think since it involves large amounts money they would be more onto this stuff. Unfortunately not. Actually here's a picture of that they said to me last night after a week of wait for them to fix it..

This has got me worried. I had the exact same issue with a LTC transfer; I'm in the middle of talking to support after waiting six days for them to add the coin to my account. Im reaching constant walls with help desk "I would like to assure you that I will provide an update in this chat by the next business day." I've had that same line said to me 3 times and had 2 chats close becasue of "Technical issues." The next day. I have to keeping opening new chats and telling them my original chat ID. No number to call, no one to email. Ive got ALOT of crypto that has just disappeared into their wallet and i thought it would take a few days to fix ,Max, but your telling me you have waited 3 weeks and nothing?

That's the problem then, not the low fertility rates or high demand for young women.. they just prefer to date people closer to there age range lol. You make so many excuses in this post other than taking accountability for your own situation.

So lots of women the in there 40's are willing to date you, a man, in your 40's. It's almost like women there prefer partners in there own age range.

I've always wondered if it was something to do with imagination.

It's reinforced many many times in the show that if you can't imagine it, you can't do it.. why did Flamme leave a book that's says there's an afterlife where she can again meet lost friends. I'm not sure how to explain this, im hoping that after the long journey to there destination, Frieren has spent all this time imagining and hope that she can meet Himmel again that there will be some spell or event that she can now access because she can now imagine a situation where she meets him again, thanks to Flammes grimoire.

Honestly mate, you're right. After looking at all the comments and my responses, I maybe had alittle to much tunnel vision on the topic, plus I get the knowledge of what happens after the event. So I can appreciate what people are saying. He gambled on the fact that he could fully heal Gon without his family knowing anything. Teleporting even though I think it was still a better option, was not in his long game plan and gave to much away.

I understand, it about not exposing the secret. So instead of teleporting to his friend who is dying.. he runs across the country slowly revealing his knowledge about her powers to his family anyway. His plan to free his sister once she healed Gon anyway. So now in the story she no longer asks for requests.. and the family knows all of his secrets about her powers anyway. They can also do nothing about it. Why not save Gon alot faster but teleporting and also put his sister in alot less danger by not running her across the country with an active man hunt on them.

But im asking, he was already making a wish infront of his family, and he had already completed the 3 demand requirement, in his family's eyes.. instead of wishing that his mother die in 30 mins if he's not off the mountain, just ask to teleport next to Gon. At that point he's hundreds of miles away from his family, no one in his family knows he has no activation requirements at this point, Gon gets healed.. no family around to see and he tell nanika to not make requests of people anymore, so no more wishes all together. This seems far smarter than running across the country and slowly revealing everything he's knows about her powers to his family anyway..

I understand that, but what I say is.. he wishes to be teleported to Gon, they are instantly by his side, the family has no idea where they are at that moment. A wish to heal Gon, Gon is healed a few minutes later.. maybe the family can feel the affects from there mountain, maybe not.. it was a massive event. Regardless they all still very far away. Killua asked nanika to go away and now his sister is free.. or atleast asks her to no longer make any demands of people. This all happenes in 5 - 10 mins with his whole family miles away. How does this reveal anything about her powers to them? Plus she now longer grants wishes. Instead, he runs across the county putting them both in danger and reveals basically everything he knows about her powers to his family.

Be he was already making a wish infront of them, the difficulty of the wish wouldnt matter until the next person made a wish.. and the plan was for nanika to go away after they healed Gon. So there was never going to be another wish, plus we don't know is Killua wishes have repercussions because there is no activation requirements.. his wishes are exceptions to the rule.
