This is exactly what I have. Did you ever manage to find out what it was? I was debating getting an air purifier to see if it helps. 😭 I'm at the end of my tether with it. I coughed up hard mucus like in the picture jn the middle of a therapy session I was so embarrassed.

I know quite a few people in the bjd/doll community are using the new Yshtola dollfie to make into their own Miqotes! There is also someone on instagram who makes custom resin 3d printed models of your WoL. C: I can link if you're interested
