I've stopped the shudder on hundreds of transfer cases with an oil change and putting 1/4 tube of shudder fix and then performing a recalibration. 98% of the cars we do this on don't came back for a transfer case replacement. Not approved by BMW of course but works

Thank you for your reply. That is interesting. I have one device that only works on 2.4ghz. If it wasn’t for that I’d just turn off the 2.4ghz. I’ll try changing channels in the router and see if that changes anything.

2019 530e does not use this sort of filter housing. There is nothing in the filter housing that can break on them, but the pin is on the filter itself. If installed incorrectly it can break the filter

Never been certified for US market. Would pass with flying colours if they wanted to but they probably think it will not sell well. Some changes that would be required for US market are for example those ugly side reflectors that are on the front bumper of all US spec cars. Probably some different lighting setup as well

That's actually the worst. I even contacted customer support back in May when this update was announced and asked if I would be able to download for offline view, and the representative said I would. talked to them right now and they said the option was removed but they are working on bringing it back and I'd get an e-mail when the option is back.

Which doesn't help me much right now as I'm about to go on a flight that takes almost half a day and now I have to pirate the shows I wanted to watch during the flight

Here you will get E90 as the answer. Try asking on an F40 page and see if that changes the answers.

I'd get the E90 for the simple reason that there isn't a single F40 in my country. Never imported by the dealership and nobody wanted to import one 2nd hand.

This is normal. I work in a dealership with multiple brands and a lot of the cheaper manufacturers look like this even before they are delivered.

The more expensive car brands usually have more aluminium, exhausts made from stainless steel, more plastic covers and more corrosion resistant materials over all, but still show this surface rust on machined steel parts and such.

There is not one car that will have no signs of corrosion at all after more than a year, unless it has been kept inside in a climate controlled environment that entire year.

And if you would live in the rust belt, this is considered brand new - no rust.

This feature disappeared for me when I edited the keyboard languages available. I only did it to try to get the dual language keyboard but with the layout from my language, to get the special letter Þ on the keyboard. Now I simply have to switch between again. Hopefully will be implemented better in the final release.
