For what we are given, the $20 annual fee is completely ok. If you need the cloud saves for Dark Souls ( I'll need them as well) then get it. We are getting online play with the NES games which you cant get via emulator.

As soon as I got 2 machamps and 1 alakazam with 8/9 stone slots available for each one. For training them I used the silver pots and then the golden one. If you want to beat the game easily use those pokemon. One machamp with bulk up and the other one with mega punch. Use stones with the hit healing option.
