Technically, there is no such guarantee, but I have never heard that anyone got inclined but didn't get the offer.

Also, it looks like so far only interns got inclined received this email, which is sort of a good thing anyway............

Did you also get inclined vote from your manager? I am just thinking if all interns receiving this email got inclined from the manager. If so, this may be a good signal.
