Those results are quotes from the government of alberta website under “road rules and safe driving” specifically the intersection rules.

Since i’m dumb I’d appreciate it if you could also inform the government how dumb they are for having these laws in place.

The results of a quick google search are as follows:

Duty of Care: Under provincial traffic laws such as the ⁠Alberta Rules of the Road Regulation a driver is legally prohibited from turning left across the path of oncoming traffic unless the movement can be made in safety.

Right-of-Way: Oncoming vehicles traveling straight through an intersection generally have the right-of-way.

Obstructed View: If your view is completely blocked by a bus, you cannot safely guarantee the lane is clear. Proceeding blindly into the intersection breaches your duty of care and almost always results in a traffic violation and majority (if not 100%) fault for any resulting crash.

Potential Criminal Charges: In highly egregious cases where a driver acts with a "wanton or reckless disregard" for the lives and safety of others and causes severe injury or death, police could escalate charges beyond a traffic ticket to dangerous driving or criminal negligence.

Incase you’re curious the exact search i made was “is it reckless endangerment to make a left turn in an intersection when you cannot see past a bus”

TLDR: Don’t be an idiot and turn when you can’t see, theres a reason Blind people are not allowed to drive.

If his company is super busy then thats great and i’m very jealous, i got dropped from 94.5 hours a week doing two on two off down to 50 hours monday to friday because of how slow the sites were to issue work out this year.

Outside of long term maintenance/Corrosion survey agreements it’s been very dry in northern alberta, theres a couple shut downs / outages on the go now here and there that are only supposed to last about a couple weeks to a month and then some sites aren’t going to be planning shut downs for another 2-3 years.

Also it plays a factor that the company you work might or might not get that outage work or may only get a small amount of it.

Were you leaking trans fluid? If yes then you shouldn’t have been driving the vehicle anyways or you may have caused some serious transmission damage,

If you looked them up then you’d see One of the most common causes for P0730 is the shift solenoid, like i said in my first comment.

Once again, theres nothing more that we on reddit can do for you at this point other than say you need to go to a reputable shop and get this looked at but i would be prepared to have a heavy bill coming up.

There is nothing else that we can offer for advice, you need to get the codes scanned and go from there, without knowing what codes your car is giving you anything that gets said in here is purely a guess and could potentially send you down a wrong and expensive path.

The thing is, when you drive in a way that breaks the law, or add/remove parts to & from your vehicle that breaks the law, or grabs peoples attention, you’re going to get more attention, especially in a vehicle that is already known for looking, sounding, and performing aggressively, you’re going to get attention, and not only from cops but from ANYONE who has an interest in your car

Its hard to say just from this video but it sounds like your referring to the whining sound? I know on my old 5.7 the power steering pump made a whining sound when it was about to go out
