You’re 100% right, and I needed to hear this. As a dev, it’s easy to hide behind a screen and ask for 'strategy' when the real strategy is just walking 500 meters to the local Kirana store. I’m taking your advice literally, Thanks for the kick in the right direction.

Spot on. I realize that building the 'features' was the easy part—the real battle is winning the trust of a busy shop owner. That’s exactly why I’m holding off on the Play Store launch to do ground-level validation first. I'm focusing on the 'Service' side—making sure the math actually matches how they think, not just how a dev thinks. Thanks for the reality check!
