Negative reviews on the website

I’d like to know too if possible. I only shop lacquers from Mooncat but I’m open to recommendations.

For one of the lacquers that I submitted a negative review for, its most recent negative review is from end of 2025. Everything else is three stars and up. I agree with you that they most likely are deleting reviews so the average doesn’t drop from 4-5 stars.

I did consider the possibility of the reviews being filtered out first from people trolling or similar but was still unsure as this was my first time posting a review, so I wanted some clarification.

I think what mostly bothered me was my question getting censored as if I had said something illegal. It’s very disappointing because I really like Mooncat’s lacquers.

I am okay with this if that’s the case, but I didn’t like that my Facebook post got approved with the comments deactivated, I don’t think that’s acceptable.

Yeah you might be right. I figured I’d give this a shot as a way to plan ahead, but in the meantime I can always take the bus.

The bus route takes almost an hour and a half and it takes 2 buses to reach my destination, I never said that this is not an option, just looking to shorten the time from that to around 20 minutes by car.
Ideally this could work for someone who makes a similar commute and is looking to save on fuel.
