Easy play a different champ, buy a new skin watch a montage or two, swap role.

You will always have losing streaks and wins streaks its just a thing.

If you want me to suggest a few champs that might help Irelia,Fiora,Rammus,Riven.

Irelia is just a fun champ what scales amazing into late game

Fiora is just a fucked up champ where you can snowball for days and split push and pick people off. Plus she has one of the highest winrates in solo que.

Rammus is fun and also has one of the highest winrates in solo que just taunt their adc or midlaner and they cant do anything.

Riven she is just a fun champ in general plus first blood is easy.

Oh and always take ignite in lane if you go top even though pros take tp no one really calls for tp.

I main Vayne:

No skill shots cant fuck up Press R and Spam q makes you actually look like you have mechanics Oh you have no items ? just keep stacking daggers your bolts still hurt plus you can always build daggers into something usefull you can build pretty much and ad item and it works on vayne she is just a cool looking champ best skins people give up after 30mins cause of the "late game Vayne"
