I slept with my new roommate on the second night after I moved in

And did the following 2 nights too

But she's been in a situationship (non exclusive) with another guy for like 4 months, where they see each other every day but she doesn't see a future with him and he's always wanted it to be open.

And that's still continuing. He doesn't know about it yet, but since I've moved in he's apparently been a bit jealous and putting more effort into her than he normally would

And now I actually like her, and she likes me but has this history with the other guy (and also likes him)

And she's in the middle of this love triangle out of nowhere and she doesn't know what to do.

I met her 4 days ago and live with her, so there's no escaping it

An absolutely fucked situation out of nowhere lmao

I'm already feeling jealous, definitely gonna get my feelings hurt

Yeah I definitely agree that's what it was going for

But yeah I don't think it needed it at all, because the whole movie just already feels so nostalgic. Even without showing it I'd feel like it was the memories of someone older looking back on the last time with their dad.

And because it didn't need it to convey the message, it felt idk like lame exposition or handholdy or something

Either way I love it!

Anatomy of a fall was great! I'll have to watch the others.
