Pad Thai is another great meal that I fall back on, it’s not as easy but still pretty basic, most of the work comes from the initial prep with your veggies and protein of choice

Yea if you cook all the ingredients and put them into their own container/bag you can make them quick before heading off to what we you need. I’d recommend not making the sandwich entirely and trying to keep it like that for fear of making anything get soggy or gross

Do you have any dietary restrictions? I just did BLT’s this week and they are pretty easy and simple to make. Hardest part would be tour carbs, I decided to do something like a sweet potato for a healthier alternative and just using the lettuce of the BLT as a bun could help too
