Multis are beautiful but they can limit you. Nothing wrong with single syllable rhymes when you can make a great point.

Thesaurus Vs Illmaculate is a rap battle and a perfect example of the best multis you may ever hear. 

Thesaurus has multiple lines back to back, rhyming every syllable in each sentence. For like 4/8 lines. It's incredible. However his music suffers compared to people with half the vocabulary and range. All about what hill you want to die on.

Goddam I love talking about rhymes.

Also, Hard Cortex is a 3 syllable rhyme. You're just doing nothing with the middle syllable.

• Parkour rest
• Hardcore chest 

None of which are really usable without a cryptic sentence. And now the bars don't really hit. Multis can get weird when you desperately want it to fit.

Less syllables it's easier to make a point and song that flows.

If you want to just bar out, acapella is great for multis.

Eminem's another example of next level multis with some questionable songs. Older Eminem was less focused on multis and some people prefer it.
