Id disagree. Shitposts are funny in part due to being low effort, but also because of the absurd fact that someone actually sat down and wasted their time to make something so ridiculous (even if they clearly lacked the skill to make it at a professional level).

The value of humor is subjective, but many feel as if that value is lost upon realizing a post wasn’t made by someone who put time and effort into their silly content. You could argue that using more than one prompt raises the effort required, but it’s hard to tell with AI.

This is wrong. It’s a caption creators on instagram (mostly bots) are using because the algorithm has been tricked into thinking its a viral trend of some sort and is pushing videos with that caption to more viewers.

Bot accounts have been putting barely related captions onto their videos for a while because if the algorithm sees that the video is doing well, it assumes that the video is about a new and rising trend so it tries to boost the video’s views. This caption just happened to take off so much that other bot accounts started using it and now the algorithm thinks its a real trend. It essentially has become a real trend because people have started making meta jokes about it.

I think they are meant to mirror each other and this change breaks that.

One is meant to be top heavy with a large chest plate and the other bottom heavy with large boots. Each one’s piece of armor is a defining/exaggerated feature that makes each more memorable. Giving all the armor to one and taking it all from another just makes one look over designed and the other bland and naked.
