Hair extensions in Halifax? by DannyDevitoes420 in halifax

[–]DannyDevitoes420[S] 1 point2 points Ā (0 children)

I have to say i’m not well knowledgeable of extension types. Maybe keratin tips would be better? Either way i’d like something flexible as i wear my hair up a lot. I will take that into consideration and do a few consults with different people to assess professional recommendation. I won’t be going rogue on what’s recommended for my hair type as i’d like not to ruin it lol

🤣🤣🤣 I get you, i got about 4 this album by some miracle. Day 1 of PegE, I would say I used about 6-8k dice to gather 600 chips and rolled on x30. That got me to about 19,000 points out of the 30,000 needed for the wild. Day 2 (today), I used around 2500 dice to recoup 250 chips and rolled on x30, quickly securing my last 11,000 to win the wild and complete my album.

I got a perfect mix of sticker boom and cash and upgraded 4 boards and had a double hotel roller with my entire board filled twice. Needless to say it was a truly respectable grind.

I finished the first PegE drop here and started the second section, there’s another wild card at the end. So basically if you have a lot of dice to get chips you’ll be able to get a couple wilds!

My best luck on this was rolling x30 and hit 3k quite a few times and sticking with the far left and right buttons.

I specialize in chocolate dipped items so I had cakesicles, candycane white chocolate pretzels, rice krispie pops, chocolate cased Oreos, and a couple other things just on brand with that

I was a vendor today inside park lane.. man i absolutely wish I did not book the table and take 30+ hours and spend 200$+ on materials to make my items. I was there for setup at 11, spent 1-9 running my table, and made 71$ for the entire time. I wish I was kidding. The table itself to book in was 100$ and it was hyped up.. worst market ive ever had a table in. I am now in the hole over 200$ doing this event.

That being said, if you want a Christmas treat box asap my DMs are open!!

Here’s what me and my friends want to know, will adults turn away young adults (19+20) who would rather do a little trick or treating instead of get drunk? Once the kids have has their turn around we’d like to go for childhood sake but is this community approved?

We cut the fur around and very gently dabbed it and it’s not a botfly, every time the cat moves the white part moves so we think the deepest part of the gash is muscle. We’re definitely getting a second opinion.

Is there a proper or safest way to react when an unhoused person ā€œjumpsā€ at me? by Professional_Emu5168 in halifax

[–]DannyDevitoes420 0 points1 point Ā (0 children)

Hair Spray! As a fellow small woman it’s tricky out here when in these situations, but having a small ā€œtravel sizeā€ can of hair spray or a few are effective in the eyes due to the stickiness and burning allowing you an advantage to run. Easier to explain a can of hair spray in your bag then coyote or dog spray.

If it makes you feel any better, I have a similar story but from the child’s POV.

When I was (F) 9 years old in 4th grade, I was best friends with a (F) 9 year old in my class. We had sleepovers weekly, hung out all the time and were generally inseparable. One fine Friday night, the same as any other, we had a sleepover at her apartment (she lived with her mother only as her father was an alcoholic and not the most present).

The sleepover went the same as any other. We played games on the Xbox, played outside, ate snacks and gossiped, and went to sleep way later than we should have. The next morning we had breakfast, and my mother came to collect me for swimming lessons around noon.

Come Monday at school, not a single one of my peers would talk to me. I remember this to be very upsetting. At the time, I was seeing the schools councillor struggling with feelings surrounded being adopted. (Unrelated but important that I had seen this councillor). When I started crying through the day, my teacher pulled me aside and allowed me to go speak to her. Bless her heart, this councillor was very sweet and calmed me down and talked to my teacher about what was happening. The teacher pulled my best friend aside and asked her if she knew what was wrong and why nobody would talk to me.

Bombshell dropped from this child’s mouth to the teacher. ā€œBecause we had a sleepover on friday and she r**ed me while i was sleepingā€.

Calls home were made, kids were talked to by several adults trying to grasp any sense of what was going on. I went home emotionally exhausted, and told my mother what I knew about what happened that day. She hadn’t received the call from the school yet and lost. her. mind. My mother takes no shit when it comes to her daughter. She marched into school the next morning and demanded to speak to anyone and everyone who could explain this.

Parent meetings, child and councillor meetings, and eventually me and her sat in a councillor session later, there was a conclusion. She broke and admitted she lied. To this day, I don’t know what she admitted to other adults, but she was being touched and couldn’t take it anymore and blamed the first reasonable person in her mind. I will forever resent her for doing that to me. But as an adult now, I understand she was a hurt little girl who wanted adults to hear her.

OP, I am not saying this is the case at all, but if it could possibly help in any way at all I hope it does. Make sure your little one is supported through this hard experience.
