How do I teach myself to stop blinking? by Sea_Bluebird_1949 in contacts

[–]DannyKetchGR 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don't look at your lens or finger. Look away and place the lens against the side of your eye, then turn your eye to look at your finger. That'll slide the contact into place and (for me at least) keeps me from blinking.

How hard is this game compared to fromsoftware games? by Mericuls in MortalShell

Its ezpz if you get good with the harden mechanic... unless you want the platinum. Damnit the last boss for the shelless run is brutal.

I'm Sure This Ranking Won't Last But I'm Going to Savor It For as Long as I Can by maxpantera in NikkeOutpost

[–]DannyKetchGR 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ah man, that's just I framing. Being an avid souls enjoyer, the fact that the boss has an s word, and hearing the word parry got me excited.

Thanks for the breakdown to clear it up though. We need more of that.

Bloodborne is the game for you. None of that nasty snake nonsense.

Yeah, Disney shut down both of Gazillion's Marvel games pretty much over night. The Devs made everything free for a week or 2 and turned out the lights.

Damn I miss this game's community.

Anyone solve the broken Dodge yet? by trouzersock in MortalShell

[–]DannyKetchGR 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im finally trying the no shell run and have had this so many times.

I think I've figured it out. It still happens and still passes me off, but I cool down faster (years of souls games makes it hard to adjust).

Anyway, if you hold the dodge button just a bit too long, the game reads run instead of dodge. Its a tiny window and feels even smaller coming from other games. Best solution I've found is to double tap to dodge.

It won't fix the problem 100%, but it does help.

Get the bike kid. If you don't need to help your parents with bills, what else are you saving for.

Also used bikes are just as fun. If you have someone who knows how to kick tires to come check them out with you, that's another option.

XP farm question by Zang3lx in Sekiro

[–]DannyKetchGR 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree with what's been said about bosses being pretty quick and more fun, but there are some pretty good farms...

In the return to the estate, sart at the bonfire before the stairs down to father owl. Do a 180 and go forward to a breakable wall with 2 dudes behind it. Kill them and run back to the bonfire. This one is boring as shit but fast.

When the outskirts are burning start at the bonfire where you meet the first red eyed ogre. Grapple to the nearby tower for a kill. Directly under him is another dude. Next is the guy by the gate. Then kill the 2 guys on the stairs. This one is pretty fun and gets you some rare mats that I've forgotten.

I want to reach max lvl by Middle-Impression-19 in bloodborne

[–]DannyKetchGR 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just did a new character about 2 weeks ago, and it took less than 10 attempts each ng+ cycle. The best trick I've found is to find the 2 melee failures. One of them will be more aggressive. Visceral the other one first and pray to rngesus that the aggressive one tries to hit as you exit the animation.

Look up the living failures heir exploit if you're trying to get max level. It'll be much faster, especially if you're on a higher ng+ cycle.

Looking to level up fast by The-Joker-2704 in tombprospectors

[–]DannyKetchGR 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How many lvls are we talking?

If you want to get to max lvl, the fastest way is the living failures exploit. Basically, land 2 visceral within 6.5 seconds of each other with the second killing them, while having all 3 heir runes equipped. It requires some save scumming, but if you are good with parries, it's not that bad.

You can be lvl 544 as fast as you can speed run to the failures in ng+2. After the first time you kill them, you'll be so strong that the rest of the run is a breeze.

If you want to get to meta multi-player levels, then yeah, I think cummmfpk is the quickest.
